Complex Commercial Litigation

Complex commercial litigation is our core practice. We handle high-stakes business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and statutory claims, in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration.

We have represented public and private companies, investors, executives, founders, boards of directors, nonprofits, and other institutions across a multitude of sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, finance, media, aviation, real estate, and cryptocurrency.

Our attorneys have helped obtain major wins for clients through both settlements and judgments, including prevailing on indemnification claims worth hundreds of millions of dollars—and defeating counter-claims exceeding a billion dollars—for a global life sciences company, defeating replevin claims on behalf of a museum involving a culturally and historically significant artifact, defending a global retailer from an injunction that jeopardized its operations, and securing major sports league distribution rights for a media conglomerate.
